Both brothers realized to establish as trust where they can pay back to the community where from they grew up and had all depravity in their life. One of the main objective was to change the minds of the people so that they can make their lives better. No education and pessimism are the main culprits stopping them to go ahead. They took this challenge to work on root causes of depravity of the people and found no big reason accept no education & no environment to go out for studies.
Muhammad Asif Saleem
General Secretary
Is appointed as General secretary of the trust dealing with monetary issues. He is having international exposure and blessed with utmost marketing & negotiation skills. He always visits the trust during his visit to Pakistan.
Mussarat Aziz
Incharge of Academics
She is an experienced teacher by profession and have been supervising all educational matters of the HOPE project especially senior section and their day to day activities. She is also a trustee always guides the teaching staff to work towards well being of the children and their mothers.
Misbah Ijaz
Incharge WWF (Widow Welfare Fund)
Misbah Ijaz, Being a specialist & experienced teacher for Montessori education, she takes care of junior section and shares always new ideas of education. She is also a trustee and takes pride to work for social welfare of women of the village, she is in-charge of women welfare and widow welfare fund.
Amer Nisar
Head of Marketing
Hafiz Muhammad Amer Nisar is very passionate and volunteer activist of the trust. He is well equipped with managerial skills to handle all admin issues. Being trustee and IT expert, he usually arranges online motivational speeches for the young children and people of the village. These speeches have changed and changing the lives the of the listeners. He is not only an active member but also a good advisor to improve the system no matter if its education or social welfare activities. His contribution is highly commendable.
Zaeem Ijaz
Youth Influencer & Young Trustee
Muhammed Zaeem Ijaz is an enthusiastic and young member of the trust management. He is just a student and being not only an active participant in all activities but also a young trustee where he saves from his pocket money to buy some stuff for deprived young children studying here in the trust.
Being fully positive minded and optimist, he is fully confident of recreating a new world of educated people, starting from his paternal village, where children and youth will never be neglected , rather they shall be highly educated and aware of themselves and their surrounding as well.
Although he lives away from this place but his online participation in sharing ideas with teachers is adding new energy and innovative ways of training young children.
The best idea he shared is to pay cash prizes to all those children who dream big, last time during his visit he borrowed some money from the management and gave to only those children who dreamt big to be in life, few stood up and promised to be an engineers, few doctors, few pilots and few of them to be like him (Zaeem) a shining and optimistic student.

Being young student, Saad always participates in different activities and helps Zaeem Ijaz. He is full of passion to help poor and needy students of the trust, during every visit, he buys, toys, pencils, pouches and different items for school going children so that they keep motivated to continue studies. He is future star of the management.
